Pricing, plans, and support that meet you where you are
At Plan Forward Finance, we believe pricing should be as clear and approachable as the planning process itself. Whether you’re building your first estate plan, organizing your financial life, or navigating a life transition, we offer support that meets you where you are. Our services are available at flat rates, hourly rates, or project-based fees. Everything is agreed on in advance, with no pressure and no surprises.
Choose the right plan for your life stage and goals
We offer several estate planning packages, including Powers-Only, Will-Based, and Trust-Based options, to fit your life stage and needs. Every plan includes attorney-prepared documents, legal accuracy reviews, and optional attorney consultations.
We partner with EncorEstates, a trusted provider of attorney-prepared estate plan documents, to ensure your plan is created with legal accuracy and tailored to your state’s laws. Because we do not provide legal advice or draft legal documents ourselves, this partnership allows us to focus on what we do best: helping you get organized, understand the estate planning process, and clarify your goals. Your plan will be drafted by licensed attorneys and reviewed for compliance, with attorney services included in your selected package. There is no separate billing or coordination required on your end.
Pricing varies based on the type of plan and the level of support you need. Most services are offered at flat rates, with clear starting prices. Additional fees may apply for things like deed transfers, business entity documents, rush requests, or mobile notary services. Some costs also vary by state or county. All fees will be confirmed in advance and outlined in your Client Service Agreement.
If you are not ready to move forward with the documents but want to better understand your options, we also offer education-only support. You can book time with us at an hourly rate or a project-based fee, depending on your needs (see below).
Flexible options to fit your needs and budget
Not everyone needs a full estate plan right away. If you’re still exploring your options or want guidance on a specific topic, we offer flexible financial life planning support at an hourly rate of $150 to $250, depending on complexity. We can also structure your engagement as a flat project-based fee, so you never feel like you’re on the clock during thoughtful conversations. Building trust takes time, and you should never feel rushed when making important decisions.
Support may include:
Starting, updating, or completing your estate plan
Clarifying your values and setting short- and long-term goals
Evaluating cash flow, spending, and savings strategies
Navigating job changes, compensation packages, or career transitions
Understanding equity compensation (ISOs, RSUs, NSOs, ESPPs)
Exploring insurance and education planning topics
Organizing financial documents and outlining next steps
Creating personalized action steps based on your priorities
We’ll agree on the scope and pricing before we begin, and everything will be outlined in a Client Service Agreement. You’ll always know what to expect. No pressure and no surprises.
Please note: These services do not include investment, tax, or legal advice unless provided through a Registered Investment Advisor under a separate Advisory Agreement.
